01

A call goes unanswered.

You’re under a sink, on a roof, or between jobs. Your tested call-routing setup identifies an eligible missed call.

02

A text collects the basics.

An approved message gives an opted-in caller a way to share the service they need, their location, and their timing.

03

You decide what happens next.

Your team receives the details, returns the call, and confirms availability. You stay in control of the work you take on.

Try it with your business name

Built around a busy workday

The job needs your hands.
The next customer needs a reply.

You can’t stop halfway through every job to catch every ring. Give callers a clear way to explain what they need, then follow up with the useful details already in front of you.

Especially useful when you already receive inquiries, have room for suitable work, and can respond when a customer replies.

Check whether it fits your business

Here’s what we
take off your list.

A personally managed setup with clear responsibilities from the start.

The customer and the job.

  • Approve the wording and service rules
  • Follow up with interested customers
  • Confirm quotes, availability, and bookings
  • Tell us which jobs were completed

See what actually happened.

A weekly check-in separates missed calls, replies, and assisted bookings. Completed work is included when your team confirms it.

Make the decision with your numbers

What would it take
to cover the fee?

If an additional completed job leaves you $200 after direct job costs, three would cover the standard $499 monthly fee. Your numbers may be different.

HYPOTHETICAL EXAMPLE
After direct costs, per extra job$200
Three additional completed jobs$600
Less the monthly service fee$101 left

A few things you may be wondering

Clear answers.
A simple next step.

Have a phone setup we should look at?

Ask Nick
Do I need to change my business number?

The aim is to keep the number your customers already call. We first check your provider, forwarding options, voicemail, and caller ID. Texts may come from a separate number that clearly identifies your business. We confirm the setup with you before activation.

Does this answer calls or book jobs for me?

It follows up on eligible missed calls by text and sends your team the conversation details. You or your office handles the callback, scheduling, estimates, and service. It is not a live answering or emergency dispatch service.

What happens if the caller doesn’t reply?

Some people won’t reply. A missed call, a text response, a booking, and a completed job are tracked separately. Reports show what happened without treating every text as a recovered job.

How soon can I go live?

The initial intake is about 15 minutes. Activation also requires phone compatibility checks, your messaging consent process, carrier registration, and a live test. Approval timing varies. Your 14 free live days start only after those steps are complete.

How do review requests work?

When your team records a completed job through the agreed workflow, an eligible customer can receive a request for an honest Google review. We agree on the timing during setup. There are no incentives or filters that ask only happy customers.

Can I cancel?

The free trial ends unless you explicitly choose paid service. For a paid monthly, six-month, or annual term, you can request cancellation of future renewal through the contact page; service continues to the end of the current paid term. Any early-termination or refund terms are disclosed before payment.

Is the trial really free?

Yes. Your first 14 live days are free after setup and testing. No card is required to request a trial. The one-time setup fee is $50 (normally $299), confirmed in writing and due before activation. It does not automatically convert to paid service. You decide whether to continue after reviewing the activity.

How does the setup fee work?

The standard setup fee is $299. During the launch offer, one-time setup is $50, confirmed in writing and due before activation. Submitting an inquiry does not start the trial. Paid service begins only if you choose to continue after the free trial.

How do longer billing terms work?

The same Core service is available at $499 monthly, $2,694.60 prepaid for six months (10% off), or $4,491 prepaid for a year (25% off). The longer terms are paid upfront. Your billing term, renewal arrangement, and any refund terms are confirmed before payment.
